Hi Creativity44:

I would suggest using a database import, as CatTools is only designed to run against the CatTools database.

It's easy to do this. Just export the data from the 3rd party database/application into a tab delimited file format then import into the CatTools database. http://www.kiwisyslog.com/help/cattools/mnu_filedbimportdevicefrmtab.htm

In the production, the company uses HP open view and some database application from BMC. The management would like to know the possibilities of integrating the HP open view and BMC with Kiwi to share the info.
