Event ID 10009 - DCOM Remote Service Availability

We have been getting this event ID in our system logs on both of our pollers since 2/11/16.  The error says

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer X.X.X.X using any of the configured protocols.  It happens multiple times per hour, to many of our servers and workstations. 

I have followed all of the troubleshooting and verify steps provided in the help for the Event ID.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this same error.

Both of the Poller Servers are Windows 2008 R2

This error occurs when a SAM Component Monitor which uses WMI is currently in a state of 'Down' or 'Unknown'.
