Need UDT Query/Report - IP Address to Port relationship

Does anyone have a SQL query or report to find what switch port each IP address is tied to?  We have the UDT module installed into Orion.

Looking for the following fields:

Switch Name

Switch Port

IP Address

Server Name (Node Name) if possible but I don't think Orion has this info.

If you are running UDT 2.0 you should have a report that basically has this information already. For the server name, we attempt to resolve the name based on the IP address.

Home -> Reports -> UDT Reports -> UDT Connected Devices -> Active Endpoints
