I just downloaded the full version of Netflow 3.0 and noticed that it now comes with two .exe files. Do I need to run the Update.exe in addition to the v3.0-Full-SLX.exe?

That contains Hotfix 1 and should run when you install the Full.exe
If the update executable is called Netflow-3.0-Update.exe, then is will automatically run with you run the installer package. That is if they are in the same directory.
