Problem Exporting data

Hello,
I am having a problem exporting data from IP Address Managment scanning tool to any type of file, specifically CSV, but others also fail. After clicking on export I get the I an hour glass for 30 to 40 secs. Then the IP Address Management app just closes. Sometimes the following informational messages gets posted in the servers event log, but not everytime.
The application,
\SystemApps\SolarWinds\Engineers Edition\IP-Address-Management.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 05/01/2006 @ 05:22:38.490 The exception generated was 80000007 at address 00000000 (ntdll!KiFastSystemCallRet)
I am in no way a "Windows guy" and could find nothing but generic error message information on Microsoft's web site. Has anyone seen this issue and or know how to fix.

I have set mine to auto-publish to a web page every 5 minutes.
Using IE6 to browse to the site, I right-click on the page & select "Export to Microsoft Excel" from the menu.
I've found this the fastest & easiest way to get data out of the Orion DB.
It works on Orion Custom Report web pages as well (assuming you have MS Excel installed on the PC browsing the page).
