Report for Inventory of all Devices

Would like to setup a report spitting out all the devices in all our regions- which would include IP, name of device and the location(region).

Is there a way to include in the inventory to show what kind of device it is, not just Machine type, much simpler, such as router, switch, etc.?

Yep - anything you see in the Node Details page can be queried, just have to be good at SQL and poke around the database.
