Hello, I have VNQM setup, have my CCM's installed and get the CDR's from CCM. I can see all the call records, but none of them display any statistical information for calls. I have IP SLA UDP VoiP Jitter operations between site routers but get nothing. Not even on calls in my main campus between 2 phones on the same LAN switch.
We only have the single CCM cluster, so all phones register and call control through this single cluster. What else needs to be done to be able to get these call statistics?
