Alert when latency gets too high

Question

Hi

I'm trying to create alerts that send out an sms and an e-mail when the latency gets too high but can't see to get it working properly. There seems to be two different latencies in the Edit Advanced Alert windows, one for Jitter Operation and one for Path Operation Hop which is the one I want to monitor.

The Path Operation Hop Latency is working when useing the NPM website the problem is that I can't seem to get the alarms working when I choose in the Edit Advanced Alert window.

Anybody else haveing problems with this?

Can you provide screenshot of alert trigger condition  or exported alert definition file?
