View With Component Statistic Graphs from Multiple Servers

I have an APM application template called "SQL Job Monitor". This template has a SQL Experience Monitor component called "Number of DBs With No Backup" which returns the number of databases without a full backup taken in the past two days. This template is applied to about 8 SQL Servers.

What is the best way to have a single view with 8 graphs, one per server, that shows the statistic returned from that server's component "Number of DBs With No Backup"?
