Hello, need help with reseting the Virtualization Manager password

Good day all, does any one know how to reset the Virtualization Manager password for version 6.0. I would be grateful for any assistance.

Well let me make sure we're on the same page. To reset the admin password for the port 5480 management page, make a support ticket. To reset the admin user on the console, log into the VMAN server on 5480 and click the little reset password button.

I can login to the 5480, I then select SolarWInds Mgmt, Change Password. There is no option to reset.

‌yes. Thats the best way. They can pro instructions if you want to do it yourself. It involves logging into the virtual appliance as root and running a database query.
