Strange Syslog Issue!

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else come across the problem when viewing syslog messages in the node details view?

When I add 'Syslog Summary' or 'Last XX syslog messages' into any summary view the syslog messages appear, if either are added to any node details view then the messages dont appear (there are no filters set).

Can anyone help or test this on their system?

Check that the messages are originating from the same IP that you use to monitor the node with.

On some of our devices with multiple interfaces we had to use the logging source-interface interface command to set the source IP the same as our Solarwinds node IP.
