How to list all queries executed by a particular user gainst a single instance

I have been asked to show all queries a particular user has executed over the past 3 months. In particular against one instance of MS SQL and a single database on that instance.

Can this be achieved through DPA? If so how do I do it? I am an extreme novice when it comes to DPA so any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

The report is fairly old, I'm not sure if it will still work as expected. If it does not work, drop an email to support and ask for help in creating the exact report you need.
