VNQM 4.1 and CUCM 10.x

We're trying to add our internal CUCM server which was recently upgraded to 10.x to a new SW system. It adds as a node without issue, but when I attempt to add it to VNQM, I get errors on the AXL credential validation.

I've verified AXL is working for this CUCM on this server with these credentials using the steps detailed in this link: SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: Troubleshooting failed AXL credentials

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I'm trialling VNQM with CUCM 8.5.1 and am having exactly the same problem - currently working with SolarWinds tech support to figure out what's wrong...

If you spot what's wrong and fix it for your setup, please reply to tell everyone how you got it sorted!

In my situation it was a compatibility issue. VNQM just doesn't have 10.x support yet. I think 7-9 is supported. Good luck with your issue.

I'm also doing a trial version of VNQM and cannot get the AXL credentials to work. We are also using CUCM 10.x Has this been confirmed that it is a compatibility issue?

We know about the problem and working for a fix. Version 4.1 is not compatible with CCM v10. please stay tuned for more information.

Are there any issues with VNQM connecting to CUCM in a prod environment that may cause a disruption to Voice Calling?
