Registering Kiwi Syslog Deamon?

Hi everybody.

 

I got a problem activating my copy of Kiwi Syslog Server. I received the licensing information from Solarwinds (the ###-Box) and tried copying it to my Kiwi-Syslog Trial Version. But the programm keeps telling me that my licensing information are incorrect.  I tried contacting the support at kiwisyslog.com and solarwinds.com but never got any answer (it's been more than three weeks now).

Does anybody got an idea what I could do about it?

BenWish, that's really surprising that you never got an answer on your request (in 3 weeks), but we'll chase that down that separately.  I'd like to first ensure you've got your licensed version working.  I'll send you a private message so I can get the details of your case and we'll have someone in customer service take care of you ASAP.
