Installation failed, System can not start MMC

Dear community

I tried to install the Patch Manager Demo and i have chosen not to install the web console, only the first two components, and the quick install option with a local sql database.

Installer said that the installation failes because of missing IIS and when i try to start the programm i get this message.

when i click on OK i get this (two times the same)

Can someone tell me how i can fix this to try this product ?
