Editing multiple scopes does not work.

If I try and edit multiple scopes, it goes through the motions but when I check my scopes, none have been updated. All I'm doing is selecting multiple scopes.

Click on the edit button

Update some of the fields (note it's picked up I'm editing 4 subnets)

click on Save

Then I go back to my scopes and none have changed.

Anyone else have the same issue? I'm using NPM 12.5 & IPAM 4.9.0

Kindly upgrade to 2019.2 HF3 with IPAM 4.9 HF1.
