Error from an Exchange 2010Client Access Role Counter component

I am using the template "Exchange 2007-2010 Client Access Role Services and Counters (Basic), which is one of the new template just released.

All components are up except the Download Task Queued. When tested, the result is an error, "Unexpected error occurred. Unexpected result code was returned - 0xC0000BC0."

What does this error mean, and how can I edit the component?

You should be able to expand the component that is failing and make changes. I would check that the instance is correct.

Thanks, Jeff. I already checked the instance, which defaults to "_Total" in the template. I scanned the target server and found that there was no instance name listed, so I edited the component to blank out the instance name. The referenced error resulted.

When I initially tested with an instance name, i got the error "Instance '_Total' does not exist in the specified Category".

Any other suggestions?
