Hardware Status is Critical but health is optimal

Hi guys,

Would anyone be able to advise on this, so basically as you can see from the below screenshot, all the hardware is healthy nevertheless the Hardware status is Critical. Am I missing anything?

General Hardware Status displayed on Hardware Details resource is computed as the worst status of category statuses (Sensor statuses), except the situation when polling was not successful (There is status Down).

In this particular case it seems like unusual situation, where is some inconsistency between general Hardware Status and sensor statuses (As you mentioned). I recommend to create ticket for this to do deeper investigation from our side.
