Netapp filer not showing in Storage summery

Hello,

I am newbie for this application then I need your help...

I have configure the Storage Manager to read from my four Netapp filers but when I am looking in the Summery I can see only three of them.

What could be the reason for that?

I found the same problem when try monitor some hosts Netapp...

I can not get passwed the initial setup screen where I add the IP, Port, and credentials. Is there some special port that I need to enter ? Because I keep getting failed to connect messages.
