Integrated toolset doesn't work in IE11. Anyone have any ideas?

I cannot get the toolset to show up in IE11 when I right click a switch or device in the web console. Doesn't work in Firefox either! Anyone have any ideas? I have reinstalled and checked options.

I think Toolset menus are not enabled for the user account, or perhaps even the SolarWinds Toolset Integration is not running. Could you check in the task bar if the Toolset Service is running? If not, it could be run through Launch Toolset Integration Tray application under Programs menu->SolarWinds->Utilities. Right-click on the app menu and make sure the service is started.

Actually had a ticket open with SolarWinds and they couldn't get it to work either. We think it's a GPO or security setting blocking it from working.

Did a Support Engineer confirm if the user settings are right and the try application is running? I have seen it before and was able to get it working, I wish I could do a remote session with you to try to fix it.

I’m not worried about it right now. We are starting our upgrade to NPM v12 along with the other components and will test it then after the upgrades are complete.
