UNDEFINED REGION, SITECODE AND COUNTRY for VPN node in solarwinds

Hi,

May i ask for advice in this case?

I have added a vpn in the solarwinds monitoring and provided the Region, Sitecode and country in this

node but after some time. It went to undefined again.
