Unable to load Evaluation Software

It get all the way toward the end of the download and then says that I do not have admin writes to my computer to finish.
I was able to download the TFTP server software.

Well you may be a member of the Power Users group this allowed me to install tftp but not engineers evals

Check with your system admin, and check if he/she will upgrade you to a admin or make you an admin on that computer
