Calling Solarwinds VNQM experts
We have been trying hard to get the CDR info from Avaya Call Managers but are unable to do so. The attached document provides screenshots of our Avaya CM configuration. We know that we are not configured exactly as per the Solarwinds specified documentation.
The end-user already has his Primary link for CDR link working for his Voice Billing application and is very skeptical of changing any of the settings without knowing what impact it is going to create.
Can someone point to us the right parameters to modify with some explanation (as end-user is also not an Avaya expert) so as to get the CDR info into SW VNQM.
