The description says that the new Threat Hunters and Rage Against the Virtual Machine shirts come in sizes up to 2XL, but I can only pick XL in the shopping dialogue. Which system is wrong?
The description is correct, in that we order sizes up to 2XL; however, once you get into the "select size" option, you will be presented with only the sizes we have left in stock. Does that make sense? These two t-shirts are remaining shirts from past campaigns so we may not have all sizes available anymore.
If I have something in my cart, can I cancel it and get my points back, then? I'm about 35 pounds beyond an XL.
We would need to delete it at the database level and then work with DanielleH and/or maria.bungau to see about getting a refund of your points. Is this something you need to do? Have you checked out or just added the item to your cart?
