System up time of VM guest gives faulty results

In Storage Manager the system up time of VM guests seems to have all faulty data.

I checked a few of them and they all have way too long uptimes when i check this in real on the servers.

Could it be that the reboot is going that fast (sometimes only missing 2 or 3 pings) that Storage Manager is not aware of the reboot?

This way a report on reboot or uptime makes no sense.

Anyone else sees this behaviour and is there a way to get the correct data out?

Opened a case, Case #307043 with SW support.

Got an answer from Support:

"I have confirmation that the 'Boot Time' as displayed on the Storage Manager Web Console is the time that the VM was powered on.
So the Up Time displayed is the length of time the virtual machine was running. OS reboots are not taken into account here, it is simply the amount of time the machine was 'on'."

Asked for a change in design so the Boot Time field reflects the real boot time of the VMguests. So, if you feel the same, go ahead and join the request.
