Upgrade from Cirrus 3.5.1 to 4

Hi,

where do I download upgrade files for Cirrus 3.5.1 DL500 to Cirrus 4 DL500. I'd expect from Solarwinds customer portal, but the link is not there. My maintenance period for Cirrus expires on Nov 30th, 2008.
