SEUM Transaction Steps are in random order

It doesn't matter if I'm writing a report or using the live monitor, when ever I look at the steps within the transaction they seem to be just randomly placed there. Is there anyway that I can put it in order that they are processed. It not alphabetical or even by duration any help?

RIght now it looks like this

Navigate	3.00 s	Up
Enter Card Number	0.00 s	Up
Search 'DO NOT CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT'	0.99 s	Up
Login	0.00 s	Up
Log Off	0.00 s	Up

i would like it to go in order

Navigate

Enter Card Number

Search...

Log off.

I'm not entirely sure where you're seeing that but I believe it's the Transaction Details resource. I haven't ever seen these out of order before but I would recommend validating the titles of the page match the screenshots. It may be a simple matter of poorly titled pages or steps, and that they truly are in order. I've checked every SeUM server transaction I could get my hands on, but I haven't found one yet out of order. As you can see from the example below I've validated the order is correct and the sort isn't based on alphabetical order or duration.

Make sure you're running SeUM 1.5.1, and if the problem persists I recommend opening a case with support so we can see what's going on.

Well I doubt it's poorly titled steps because the "Current Screenshots of Steps" is in the order that it actually plays in, both the name and pictures are correct(the order I want). Everything else like Transaction Details and reports puts it in the wrong order, but all the same wrong order. any thoughts more or should I just open a case?

Are you running 1.5.1? Are you using X,Y mode in this recording? Does this occur for all your transactions or just this one?

no x,y mode

and it occurs for 4 out of our 6 transactions
