So am I correct in saying that the VOIP monitor module will only work with Cisco Call Manager systems?
We have :
Shoretel PBXAspect Unified IP
Both systems are VOIP based. We do have a 6513 Core Switch but no call manager.
The VoIP Monitor module uses Cisco IP SLA operations on Cisco devices to measure call quality site-to-site. You can add Cisco VoIP hardware natively into the module. For other VoIP gear you can the Orion UnDP to monitor them.

Thanks
You can also use the Universal Device Poller that is part of the Orion NPM to poll the Cisco IP SLA information, it likely won't be as pretty or as well formatted as the in the VoIP module but you can get the data that way as well.
