Add Ping Monitors to Device

I have a server with multiple IP Addresses on it.  After upgrading to v9, each IP Address Ping monitor for each IP Address on that one server shows up as a separate device.  How can I get all Ping monitors from one server into one device in ipMonitor?  When I am in the Device and click Add, the option to add existing monitors is ghosted out.
