New on this forum, but I was hoping someone could assist in offering so things I should look at? When trying to send a backup job from our Cisco UC cluster I received the above error message even though it's authenticated the user and password? I've changed permissions on the directory, in the application and I just have no idea what I'm possibly missing?
The interesting part of this is we have this working to another box, which we want to sunset. The new box that's not working is Win Server 2008 R2 64-bit, the old that is working is Win 2003 32-bit. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
