Hi,

in case you are using SQL express (that came with NPM), follow this guide, in case you forgot SQL password for your NPM installation, please contact SolarWinds support.

Hi,Choly thanx a lot for your reply. I'm not using SQL express. When I run solarwinds config wizard on NPM installation it gives me "database account" sreen, where I have option to use existing account or create new account. Existing user account is default user "SolarWindsOrionDatabaseUser" for which i dont have password. Please advise if I can create a new account here without effecting existing installation of NPM? thanks and in advance!

  Hi Choly! Got existing password from C:\Program Files (x86)\Solarwinds\Orion\SWNetPerfMon.db Thanks for your words!
