I need to gather Capacity Management date by customer, Disk memory and CPU.
Will I need to set up a report for each customer by entering all of their nodes individually?
OK, I have a Custom Property set up with the Customer Name.
I have no problem making a web based report for any node, but how do I do it for the Customer...I can do it if I choose either a chart or a table, but that also limits the data I can pull.
The report I have in mind has three columns and two rows First row has Node Details, Availability Last month and Average CPU Load and Memory Statistics
The second row has CPU Capacity Forecast chart, Memory Capacity Forecast Chart and Storage Capacity Forecast Chart.
Any thoughts, as I am completely lost.
pflanz Custom properties are your friend here. Create a few custom properties, set the data to the values you need, then you will be able to easily group just about anything. Unfortunately, you will need to go through all of the devices, interfaces, volumes, etc., or whatever it is you need to associate to customers, and set the desired values. After you have done that, then you can just use those for filtering forever afterwards.

Add custom properties to nodes
Create a custom property in the nodes table called something like Customer, you can use the import/export options to allow you to update the nodes with the custom name or do it via the manege nodes/edit options.
any reports or limitations you want then can you the customer field, can also you the field as method to group them on your web page.
note if using custom properties they are displayed in Alphabetical order so may want to prefix to group them together.
