DUAL WAN LINK ON ALCATEL LUCENT 5510

Hello, Please can you help me? i should configure a static DUAL WAN fail over on an OmniAccess 5510 Router. Not with BGP. On Cisco Router i can do it very easily with Objet tracking and IP SLA. 1- Is it possible on Alcatel? 2- How can i do it if it's possible Thanks for your help
