Network Share

Question

Might be a silly question but how to you save the data captured in Kiwi Tools to a network share?

The CatTools Service uses the local system account by default. If you want to use a specific account you will need to run setup again and at the appropriate point in the install specify the account and details (This should be an administrator account). Running setup again won't overwrite your database or other settings.

Thanks, I've setup an account for kiwi tools but where do you set kiwi tools to use this account?

If you wish to have data save to a Network Share you will need to use the UNC Path:

ie. \Server\Folder\Folder

Start with the Permissions of everyone to make sure that Cattools can connect, then you can elevate from there.
