How is FoE implemented when splitting off to a new server using 4.x? We have one HA FoE protecting all of our modules now but I'm wondering what we do with FoE for NTA once we go from 3.12 to 4.1.

links below should help you to set up HA NTA. FoE will keep NTA service coverd after upgrade, but depending on FSDB location you have two options, how to make the FSDB high available:

Note that the local FSDB option is only suitable for lower amounts of flows, maximum about 2000 fps.
