Ok...how does this work?

Sorry for the newbie question. We are evaluating the NTA add-on to orion and we already have the EE toolsets and I want to see how the Real-time NetFlow Capture works. Currently we send Netflow to Orion and a 3rd party Netflow tool. My understanding there is a 2 export limit. If I want real-time using this tool do I need to update the router configuration to export the Netflow to my PC? Just see what I'm missing here. Thanks.
