Monitor phones

We have a 300 IP phone license for VNQM. We have many more phones than that so the licence will not cover all of them. We will be upgrading our license next year. In the mean time is it possible to choose which phones get monitored and assign them staticly

it is not possible to indicate which phone would be monitored by given licence coverage, the system which picks the phones to be monitored is following "first coming first served" rule, that means first 300 phone being polled are counted and covered by licence, the order does not need to be the same by every poll, currently there is no feature that would set preference which phone to cover by licence, there is need to have proper license coverage to see all phones without a trouble.

Hi,

you can create feature request here: VoIP & Network Quality Manager Feature Requests but we don't have recent request for this functionality. it would more likely come once we would introduce phone detail polling (end phones with their own firmware statistics)
