We have a functioning Primary application server already but need to move it to a new server. When i go to put the license in it tells me the activation code is not valid. What do i need to do to get this new server licensed?
Please send and email to customersupport@eminentware.com with the Product Authorization Code from the license dialog of the new installation. We will review your account and generate a new Activation Code for the appropriate products.
