DPA Beta for MySQL!!!!!!!

Yes you read that right.  We are gearing up for the DPA Beta. We are gathering names NOW so if you have a MySQL database, you really want to sign up here to participate in the beta DPA Beta Survey.

As always, you must currently be a DPA customer with active maintenance.
