Hi All,
Got an error while adding a node, the error reads "Node was added, but there were some issue. More info is available in a log file."
So my question is what log file and where can I find this log file.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
I believe the log file it is referring to is located under "C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWeb.log". This error typically means the database has run out of space. In most cases this is when users have hit the limit of the SQL Express database size, but can also occur when the database file has reached the size of the volume or a configured fixed size for the database to exceed. I would start there and see if you've reached any database limits on your Orion database server.
This is the error. We are not using the built in SQL express, but a regular MSSQL DB. I will double check both the DB configured size as well as the volume. Here is a screen shot of the error
I have checked both options you suggested and both are good. No table size or space issue's.
Without looking through your diagnostics it's very difficult to definitively determine the actual root cause. The suggestions a listed above were simply the most likely/common causes. I would suggest opening a case with support so we can look through your diagnostics and figure out what the issue is.
