VoIP install on 2003 server.

Question

After installing Orion NPM 8.5 and VoIP module, the last step fails during the VoIP install with the error "Unable to update the web configuration file."  Any ideas?

I ran into this and found it was my NTFS permissions on the c:\inetpub\solarwinds directory. I know it's not an answer but hopefully this gets you pointed in the right direction.

Please run SolarwindsDiagnostics.exe (in Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion) and send the resulting zip file to Support-
