Help me understand what I see in these util reports for Business Hrs vs After Hrs

When I see utilization values in Report Writer reports where BUSINESS HOURS and AFTER HOURS contain exact values, it makes me skeptic.

Am I doing something wrong with Hour of Day FILTERS? If I list the hour in the report output as confirmation then it is what is it should be.

Just notice the 93.98% and also the 85.95% - surely this can't be coincidental??? I can see this sort of output in other reports. Any ideas???

It does seem to only follow the MAX UTIL...

Can you post a screenshot of your report filters, so we can see what settings you have put in place.

Hi there

i just stole your config and made my own, and the only problem i found with it, was that in your working-hours report config, you need to update the filter so that the Hours-of-day group is set to ALL must apply, not ANY

The OUT-OF-HOURS report should still be left as any, otherwise you woudl get no results.

I also had to turn off summarise

I also removed the "date-sort-min" from the fields, but that is because io am doing a one day report, and sending out every day...

As The *ahem* Toilet has said your Hours filter is incorrect as an OR. You need to change this to an AND statement, so change the value on the group to ALL

Can you explain what is going on, for example, if I use ANY for MONTHLY reports and therefore get each month of the year, but if I use ALL, then I only get the last three months?
