I have a small business, I understand Solar Winds is designed for Large Enterprises, but I am checking out the trial. How do I get started setting up NTA to just monitor when my business loses internet connection? Thanks! Im a N00B, sorry for simple questions.

NTA doesn't do monitor for up/down statuses. NTA is the Network Traffic Analyzer. It collates the netflow data into a readable format. So then you can see exactly what traffic is going over your link.

You need to use NPM for monitoring up/down statuses for devices and interfaces. It can then send you an alert if your link to the internet goes down.
