We are looking at removing our Avaya IP Office PBX's and going to Ring Central in our retail locations. Just wondering if anyone else is using Ring Central and if you have anything to share.
I have the same question. Management wants an absurd level of monitoring and they want to know if it is possible to have Orion monitor RingCentral. I've looked and there isn't information available.
