Sound off...what are your most used canned or custom reports?

I have been struggling trying to create a couple reports.

One report I want needs to show me files created or modified by user within a specific timeframe. I created one report that shows the number of new files by user. The number of files is a link. The link throws a SQL-type error that Support cannot seem to resolve.

Another report I want would look similar to the Enterprise-Storage by User-User Usage History report. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to copy that specific report under 5.2.

So, I though it might be a good question to ask you all what types of canned and custom reports do you find most useful in managing your servers?

What is the Storage Manager version are you on ? The file link error issue has been fixed in 5.3.3. Upgrading to this version should unblock you from viewing the files created/modified by the users under specific time range.
