We have an alert in place which reports on any server where the hardware status has become unknown and this works fine.
However, I'm trying to create similar on the main Solarwinds dashboard. I've tried looking at the Hardware Health Overview but this shows Up, Warning, Critical when all I want to see if Unknown and ideally only Servers.
I suspect I have have to make use of a Custom Query in order to achieve this and so if you could help me achieve this I'd appreciate it. I've messed about with varying syntax but have failed thus far.
So once again I want to be able to show on the main dashboard, Servers only which have gone into Hardware Status Unknown.
Advice/solutions greatly appreciated.
