Issues Installing VNQM v4.2 on fresh Server 2012 R2

Trying to fresh install VNQM v4.2 on a new Server 2012 R2 box.  All my other modules/software installed fine, but VNQM keeps failing with: "Database configuration failed - error while executing script - Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type nvarchar"

Here's the way to fix this.  According to Solarwinds, this is a known issue.

Let the installation proceed to the point where ConfigWizard appears on the screen or if the installation failed recently then launch the ConfigWizard and continue with next step when the ConfigWizard appears.

Find the following file: "c:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\VoIPDatabaseScheme.dbConfig"
