Poller network traffic

we have 2 pollers supporting ~3000 servers (17000 elements) running SAM, WPM, DPA and an eval SRM. Poller 1 running  ~700Mbs network RX traffic while poller 2 hits 60Mbs. Poller 1 traffic increased to this level the day SRM evaluation was installed.

Anybody seen a similar scenario

Anybody got examples of poller network traffic?

SW Dev team have identified the traffic as WMI updates from SRM. Disabled this feature and traffic has dropped from spikes of 700Mbps, averaging ~300Mps to a more acceptable 23Mbps.
