CDR/CMR files for VNQM

Hi, I noticed that not all the CDR/CRM files are beeing deleted by Solarwinds VNQM module.

We use Solarwinds SFTP server to store the files and they are picked up by Solarwinds VNQM, from the logs I can see that some of those files are beeing deleted but not all.

CUCM is configured to store those files every 5 minutes and VNQM to check every minute.

Wonder if there is something which we should do as it would be great to not worry of this volumen space.

I had this issue. I believe it turned out that the data in those files contained information sent by a Call Manager that was not in Orion (I had only 3 of the 5 Call Manager defined as nodes). Since the data could not be imported into Orion, Orion ignored it. Later, I added the Call Manager, and those files were processed.
