NPM-PME Problem

Has anybody had this problem before when trying to create an SQL database using microsoft SQL server 2006 with the new PME tool set?

Cannot update database structure from
'C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Engineers Edition\NPM-PME\SWNetPerfmon.DBStructure'.

Cannot find the object "event" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.

We are using a Windows server 2003 machine.
Might be something simple since i have not used SQL in a long time.
